Danmuji or Takuan???
Danmuji is pickled radish in Korean Cuisine. It'seems also known as Takuan in Japan.
Danmuji is a famous korean side dish served with Jajangmyeon especially in Korean Chinese restaurants.
Whereby in Japan, it's also a side dishes in meals or eaten as snacks during teatime. U can find Takuan served in Bento in Japan.
Gimbap (Korean) is usually served with Kimchi or Danmuji. In Japan, Takuan is also used for making sushi rolls (Japanese).
To me, Danmuji or is best served chilled😄.
Benefits:
1. Aid in digestion
2. Lots of fibers
