Danmuji is pickled radish in Korean Cuisine. It'seems also known as Takuan in Japan. Danmuji is a famous korean side dish served with Jajangmyeon especially in Korean Chinese restaurants. Whereby in Japan, it's also a side dishes in meals or eaten as snacks during teatime. U can find Takuan served in Bento in Japan. Gimbap (Korean) is usually served with Kimchi or Danmuji.
